A Taste of North Pole and UAF Day Fundraiser

North Pole Plaza Mall: Food - Displays - Live Music - Family Fun!

Saturday, April 21, 2012 from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m

This annual event features sample food from North Pole area restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, and take-outs. At the same time University of Alaska departments showcase their offerings with displays, demonstrations, samples, and entertainment.

Proceeds from the lunch sales benefit a local charity.

2010 benficiaries were the North Pole Cyclones Youth Soccer Club, who represented North Pole, Alaska at the Far West Regional Soccer Tournament in Albequerque, New Mexico. 2012 proceeds will be split between the NPHS 'We the People' Washington D.C. competition team and the North Pole Sister City Itadori, Japan group.
